Who We Are
Lieberman PLLC is a law practice that focuses on customs law, tariff reduction solutions, trade law and food and agriculture. The firm was founded in 2014 by Erik Lieberman, an attorney and licensed customs broker. We are one of the few law practices in the United States that has an affiliated active customs brokerage.
Our affiliated customs brokerage allows us to not only advise on legal matters involving customs entries, but amend and correct entry filings, among other things.
What We Do
We assist businesses involved in or effected by global trade in minimizing tariff burdens, complying with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, valuing and classifying merchandise, qualifying for free trade agreements, phytosanitary compliance for imports and exports and more.
We also have extensive experience in Food and Drug Administration requirements for foods and dietary supplements as U.S. Department of Agricluture regulations involving the Animal and Plant Health Inspeciton Service and Food Safety Inspection Service.
