On Friday, May 20, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued final rules updating the Nutrition Facts Panel for packaged foods and serving size requirements. The new rules may be found here and here.
Compliance is required by July 26, 2018. Small businesses with less than $10 million in annual food sales have an additional year to comply.
